Given Muronga is a contemporary artist who gets his inspiration from realism and abstractions. He uses his inspirations and influences in an innovative way to create a visual language that pleases the eye and nourishes the scholar, due to the information and meaning behind every creation.

Born and raised in Pretoria, he attended the highly acclaimed art high school, Pro Arte Alphen Park where he thrived and better understood his practice.
